About Us

Kirven represents tenants and property owners of office and flex properties. Being a native Atlantan, he understands the unique characteristics of metro Atlanta’s various submarkets.  Prior to forming The Kirven Company, LLC, Kirven spent the previous fifteen years as a senior associate in the office property services group of Lavista Associates, Inc., one of Atlanta’s most respected independent commercial real estate firms.

Kirven’s volunteer activities include serving on the board of Reach Higher Kings, a Christian-based basketball program mentoring young men and women. Previously, Kirven served on the Wesleyan School development committee for 12 years, president of the Wesleyan Wolves booster club for 2 years and co-chair of the Wesleyan Wolves fundraiser golf tourney for 5 years. In addition, he has served on the Laurel Springs Golf Club board of governors.

Kathy Brantley

Kathy retired from a 27-year career in Healthcare Information Technology with broad experience in management, business strategy and customer service. Kathy has responsibility for the operational aspects of The Kirven Company including accounting functions and other back office processes. Kathy’s focus is to support the firm’s clients with the same timeliness, professionalism and personal service provided by the Company’s agents.

Kathy’s volunteer activities include Children’s Restoration Network, a local non-profit agency supporting 123 shelters and 6,000 children around metro Atlanta. During the school year, Kathy is involved in CRN’s Project One on One, tutoring children at one of these many shelters. Kathy’s other charitable endeavors support various charities benefitting breast cancer and cancer research.
